This is a surveillance video game where the player, in front of several screens, has to simultaneously survey many places and detect a maximum of violations.
Breaches of the highway code, littering, alcoholism on the public highway, indecent exposure, drug dealing, damage, soliciting, violence, theft, etc.; with each flagrant offence, the score increases, with each defamation, it decreases. The policed society is like a fountain that transgresses endlessly, as innocent as it is incorrigible.
