CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS — WIP 2026: FLOWS

WIP 2026 Arts & Technology Festival celebrates its 6th edition from 16–25 October 2026, in the heart of Nicosia’s old city.

As an international festival dedicated to the intersection of art, technology, culture, and creative practices, WIP brings together artists, researchers, creatives, and professionals from Cyprus and abroad.

For the 2026 edition, WIP: FLOWS, we are inviting enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our festival team as volunteers.

Volunteers may be involved in the following areas:

Exhibition invigilation and visitor support — welcoming and assisting visitors, supporting the smooth running of exhibitions
Technical and production assistance — supporting the festival team with the practical and technical aspects of exhibitions, events, installations, and other festival activities.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to:

Gain hands-on experience in cultural production, events, arts, and technology

Develop practical skills in exhibition setup and event support
Meet people from different creative and professional backgrounds

Position Details

Volunteers will receive an hourly rate of €4.00 for their contribution.

Who can apply?

Individuals interested in arts, culture, technology, events, and creative practices.

Previous experience is welcome but not required for all roles. We are looking for people who are reliable, enthusiastic, curious, and willing to contribute to a collaborative festival environment.
